About the Role:
Lone Star Insurance Store LLC is looking for a friendly and motivated Customer Contact Specialist / Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our team in McKinney, TX. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic insurance office where your communication skills and customer-first attitude will shine every single day.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients in person, over the phone, and via email with professionalism and warmth
- Maintain accurate client records and update information in agency management systems
- Must be able to make up to 200+ outcalls per day
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative role preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn insurance management software
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced office environment
- Insurance industry experience or a Texas insurance license is a plus
